The Singapore Franchise Mark is a certification scheme administered jointly by SPRING Singapore (Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board), Franchising and Licensing Association (FLA) Singapore and International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore)". The Mark is a symbol of quality that is awarded to franchisors and master franchisees that have achieved the required standards in their business practices, management capabilities and business performance.

  1. Franchisors or master franchisees with at least one franchisee (either local or overseas); or
  2. Franchisors or master franchisees which have the intention of recruiting at least one franchisee within the next twelve months.
